It is my pleasure to announce that BananaRepublic has been awarded the MVP Award by Microsoft for Microsoft Access.

I've known him for quite sometime as a member on Access World Forums, here on UtterAccess, and then working with me as a contractor with Advisicon. His technical ability is high and his willingness to help people is higher. I am so very excited to be able to count him in with such a great group of people (the Access MVP's).

So Congratulations BR! You are definitely special.

I’m pleased to announce the Access team is taking nominations to participate in the Office 2010 Technical Beta program. We expect availability of our first beta release, known as Technical Preview, in the month of July. The team is excited to get feedback from our community that will help us make this a great release. Here is your opportunity to nominate yourself to participate in the program (space is limited). If you are interested in beta testing Access 14 please complete the following nomination form (you will need to log into Microsoft Connect with a Live ID).

We look forward to hearing from you.

P.S. Access MVP are already nominated and need not apply

It is with great pleasure that we announce the creation of a brand new UtterAccess forum: ACCESS INTERNATIONAL VERSIONS!

As our community has grown to global proportions, so have the questions regarding non-English versions of Microsoft Access. This new forum will serve to concentrate all of these questions into a single location, assisting you in finding them quickly and efficiently.

Don't be surprised if you find a post in a language you don't speak! We encourage foreign language posts, … anything to make it easier to get your point across.

    Enjoy!

    Happy 7th Birthday, UtterAccess

In just a few hours April 27th will be dawning for our members in Australia and New Zealand and that dawning will mark the beginning of UtterAccess's seventh birthday. Seven years and still the best Access Resource on the Net!!

Congratulations and thanks are due to all our members, our moderators and administrators, everyone who participates in the wonderful venture in peer support. Special thanks, as always, are due to Gord and Sylvie, without whom we might well not have a home and may never have come to be in the first place

    Congratulations and thanks everyone!!
