Hi everyone
I have a database in access 2007 that was working fine untill last week. It seemed to stop working either when I used it on windows 7 or when I went diresctly into the table and changed some of the data because it seemed to have gotten corrupted or was entered wrong.
The data base allows me to enter flight information for one of our pilots, whet plane he flew, flight duration, date, The form pulld spect for the particular plane ie fuel burn and calculates flight cost. The data goes into a table as a record for each flight and stores Pilot, duration, date, cost.
Suddenly the data is not all being stored in the table, none of the calculate data is there. I also notice that the key auto increment is working in the form and partial records are stored in the table however when I close and reopen the form and scrolll through the records the new entrys dont show on the form.........but they are in the table.....???

I also think there was a duplicate entry and I deleted the record for the table dont know if this wuld do anything....

Not sure what the issue is because all is well when I open and enter data. Even when I enter close and reopen... new data still there. Is your database in a Trusted Location? http://www.regina-whipp.com/index_files/TrustedLocation.htm
