Hi...I am trying to create a query by form in Access 2007. I have opened a "blank form" and added three combo boxes, while listing my own information in the "row source" and the "row source type" is listed as "value list." I also have three other text boxes in the design of the form for other criteria. I added a control button at the bottom to try and create a search query. When I try to use the query a box pops up that says "Find and Replace"...how do I link the form to a table so that it actually queries the table?

thank you
-K

Do some searching on www.datapigtechnologies.com

They have video tutorials you can watch.

One of them covers exactly what you need.

i followed this video...

http://www.datapigtechnologies.com/flashfi...searchform.html

seems pretty straightforward. I did everything the video did and i can't even get the "Clear Parameters" button to work, let alone the query...does it matter if the Access version is older in the video?

I was hoping you might have an example that included Control Buttons?
