Let me start by thanking you for your help, especially since I'm a novice to Access in general. I have created a Contact list with several memo fields to collect lots of data per contact. Is there a setting to make the text in a memo field wrap and the field auto-expand to meet the amount of data in it? I have added the scroll bars to those fields, but the data is still getting cut off.
Thanks so much for your help.
Rich

Hi Rich,
Welcome to Utter Access!
Not sure why you're using memo fields but you can't auto-resize a textbox in a form without using some code. Otherwise, you can use reports and the textbox "can grow" automatically.
Hope that helps...
