Alan has been a great help to many UA members. His posts are always living examples of his signature line, It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

I can honestly say I've never before had the good fortune to come across such a wonderful, talented, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and generous bunch of people and consider myself very lucky to be a part of this wonderful global community.
