Anyone have any recommendations on software to convert .MOV to .WMV or .AVI?

Preferrably Free!!!

Thanks.

I have done this with RadVideo Tools (Bink/Smacker).

This was a while ago, but you might have had to use an intermediate step. (converting to individual frames & a wav file, and recompositing the frames & wav to an avi or mpg.

This program is / was free.

Sorry so late, but this might help somebody else.

I use MelodyCan. It is the best, easiest and fastest converter I found. You can try it)

Movavi is also pretty cool and nowhere near as expensive as Procoder.
