I have done this with RadVideo Tools (Bink/Smacker).
This was a while ago, but you might have had to use an intermediate step. (converting to individual frames & a wav file, and recompositing the frames & wav to an avi or mpg. This program is / was free. Sorry so late, but this might help somebody else. Aaron |

Movavi is also pretty cool and nowhere near as expensive as Procoder.
