Hi all
Need a reply ASAP (today) if poss - just need a quick DSum statement help: I have a table [ARCHIVE] with lots of order infos in. In this table, there is a field called [Status]. Primary key is [MaximoRef] (The "ID" of the order) In another table, linked one to many, I have materials info. [MaximoRef] [Supplier] [InvoiceNo] [InvValue] What I need to do is DSum("[InvValue]","[MATERIALS]",........ For the ........ it needs to refer back to [ARCHIVE], find the [MaximoRef], see if [Status] = "Completed" for this record, and DSum the [InvValue] from [MATERIALS] it if it is. Hope this makes sense! |
