Is there some code I can implement into my database to find out who's using it? I have a group of 7 users (no specific login credentials), and when I want to do some maintenance someone is always on it. It's quite maddening!

Start with How to determine who is logged on to a database by using Microsoft Jet UserRoster in Access 2000. If you're still using the .MDB file format, that should still work with Access 2010. If you're using the newer .ACCDB file format, you'll need to change the provider to Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0.
