Hi
I am in the process of preparing some spreadsheets that require the following date format: dd-MMM-YYYY I have used custom format, but it will insist on dropping the UPPER CASE month (e.g. JAN). Does anybody know a way around this problem Thanks |

Hi Jamie,
If you want to use formula rather than code this will do it for you: =UPPER(TEXT(A1,"dd-mmm-yyyy")) Where A1 contains the date you wish to transform, format the cell in which this formula resides as text. Stu. |
