Hi,
I have a form which has a date field ( I am based in the UK), when the form updates the table the tables shows the record as US style date (mm/dd/yyyy) . I set the format of the date field on the form and in the table to medium date (dd-mmm-yy) hoping that this would solve the problem however it is still giving me the same results. eg. on my for the date appears as 08-Jan-09 but when i update my table with this field it shows as 01-Aug-09 , do you know of anyway i can work around this or format it so that it uses UK date only? thanks |

Take a look at Allen Browne's International Dates in Access or what I had in my September, 2003 "Access Answers" column in Pinnacle Publication's "Smart Access". You can download the column (and sample database) for free at Smart Access columns.
