Hi
Apologies i know this isn't strictly an access problem but i didn't know where else to turn... I opened an e-mail of what i thought was an access database but turned out to be an .exe, when the program opened it changed the background picture on my desktop. Normally i would be able to change background picture though the display properties form however, i opened it on my work laptop (XP) and the ability to change the background picture from the form has been disabled. Does anyone know how to change it back to the original .bmp file without using the form(i.e through code)...? Any suggestions gratefully accepted........ |

There are several viruses that do this. If you have virus protection software, update the definitions and scan your PC. IF not, do an on-line scan at a site such as www.trendmicro.com.
