"The expression after UPDATE you entered as the event property setting produced the following error : Error loading DLL"

Never had this before and its happening on a Windows 7 laptop but I have another running the same program on another Windows 7 laptop with no issues !!! Both Access 2000.

Any pointers appreciated.
