I am currently using lebans pdf code to export invidiual invoices as pdf files. Just wanted to know if I tweak the following code, is there a way that I can export mulitple invoices (or all of them) but save them as individual pdf files with different invoice numbers for each.

DoCmd.OpenReport "CurrentInvoice", acViewPreview, , "InvoiceNumber = " & Me.InvoiceNumber
DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, "CurrentInvoice", acFormatPDF, "Database name goes here - INV" & Me.InvoiceNumber.Value & ".pdf"

DoCmd.Close acReport, "CurrentInvoice"
MsgBox "PDF Invoice created", vbInformation

At the moment it filters it and only exports the current invoice, renaming the file "Database name goes here - INV" & Me.InvoiceNumber.Value"

I've selected Access 2010 but probably would need something that could work in 97 also...

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Daniel

I have created a cou-le of examples that should show you what you need.

See:

Batch Printing and save a Snapshot
* Leban's tool could easily be used here to create the PDF of convert the Snaphot to a PDF.

and

Batch Printing and Save As PDF
* For Access 2007/2010 using the new built-in support for creating a PDF
