I've got some old 3.5 floppies that have a db split across them.
How can I put this back together? TIA, Phil |

Hi
You'll probably need a copy of the original programme that split the file - eg HGSplit, WinZip, WinRar etc Normally you then launch either the first or the last of the split files which will contain the info needed to re-assemble the whole file |

(Hi Alan (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) )
Hi Phil, if they are on floppies (good luck reading them), and if they are named filename.001, filename.002, etc then my first try would be HJ File Split -- utility to split/combine big files http://www.freebyte.com/hjsplit/index.html#win32 It is a very simple program. When you launch it, choose Join, then navigate to filename.001 |
