I have a subform on a page that shows all activity in a certain location. If someone selects Chicago in the main form's location box, my subform accurately pulls all 4 records that correspond with Chicago. However, it shows them one at a time. Is there a way to get it to show all 4 records at the same time so we can see the activity on the screen all at once?

Set the subforms form Default View property to Datasheet or Continuous Form.
