Please join me in congratulating UA Administrator and Microsoft Access MVP GroverParkGeorge (George Hepworth) on his 10,000th post. Since George joined UtterAccess in 2002, he has helped literally thousands of UA Members improve their application of Access to their every day business problems. He is also the author of Grover Park George on Access, an excellent introduction to understanding data analysis and structuring.
In addition to all of that, George also publishes a blog A GPG on Access George, thanks for all you do for UtterAccess and our members, and congratulations. Glenn |

It's been an honor to be part of the Utter Access Community. It's been a privelege to know all of you. It's been humbling to have so many knowledgable people looking over my shoulder, keeping me on the right path (well, most of the time, anyway). I still recall the first two or three visits I made here. I was working on a tough SQL problem (I can't recall the exact issue, but I think it had to do with retrieving the next-to-last record in a recordset and was resolved with a Top 2 query). Several folks immediately offered advice and suggestions and support, and someone, probably Jerry Dennision, was also kind enough to point out my tables weren't properly normalized. My on-line life since then has been mostly trying to pay you all back for your help, encouragement, friendship, guidance, humor and occasional moment of angst. To those of you who have been my mentors, thanks. To those of you who have been my on-line conscience, thanks.
