Hello,
I have a PC which is hanging randomly... everything sits happy until I start watching a DVD or something on youtube (full screen) and it seems to freak out! I can play games and everything else and it works fine just watching video's it seems to hang I seem to have noticed this.. Does anyone know why this would be? Or how to fix it? Many Thanks James |

This implies there is a problem with your video driver, or the Player of your choice (corrupt file or registry corruption). Some have reverted to older versions of drivers to resolve the issue. If it is registry corruption, then you will need to clean it (manually or registrycleaner or application of choice), and uninstall/install the applicable applications. Coincidentally, I had an anomaly a couple weeks ago when I started a DVD movie, about 20 second later my computer would simply re-boot on its own! I forget the setting, but making a change in the BIOS Setup for the video card resolved the issue.

I have upgraded my graphics driver to the latest one and it seems to be working fine (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Thanks for that!
Many Thanks James |
