Hello friends,

I have this curiosity, just like there is MDE format for an Access database, is there similar type of format for MS Excel, if there is, then how can I make it? I am thinking about an excel database that asks for a password to open only once a month by using VB code. Access should be denied unless if proper password is not supplied. What other options would be available to crack such databases, if it's possible. Thanks.

Hello,

No, there isn't. But you can use a Workbook Open password. See the following:

These are pretty easily cracked with $40 software, btw. (IMG:http://www.utteraccess.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/wary.gif)
