Hi, I have a table called TN1Staffing. I would like to place multiple queries on 1 report ie. Surname, Firstname, Start Date. How do i create another query to display Surname, Firstname, Maternity Leave Start Date, Maternity Leave End Date, all in 1 report.
I would like the Report to look something like this: Fisrtname Surname Start Date Bobby Mohammed 21/12/06 Joe Blogs 11/09/06 Firstname Surname Mat Leave Start Date Mat Leave End Date Joe Bloggs 20/12/06 20/06/07 How would i go about putting these two queries on one report? Which also displays the names even if there are duplicates as shown in the example above. |

Depending on your table structure this should only be 1 query. Why do you need multiple queries for this?

Firstname, surname, Start date, mat leave start date, mat leave end date, bobby mohammed 19/12/06 21/12/06 21/06/07 but like this: firstname, surname start date bobby mohammed 19/12/06 firsyname, surname, mat leave start date, mat leave end date bobby mohammed 21/12/06 21/06/07 How would i show this in a report? |
