I have a table with just one field. A created a report to print the data and I get 25 records per page, 4 pages. Is there a way I can get the same information in just one page, distributing the data in 4 columns?

File, Page Setup, Columns Tab from the design view of the report

Hi folks,

Any idea of how one would keep the column formatting restricted to the detail section as opposed to all sections?

Many thanks,

Don

Use a subreport with multiple columns in a header section (whichever one applies) and hide the detail section
