Just as a heads up, this screen shot shows a report, not a form:
(IMG:http://bxwbdg.bay.livefilestore.com/y1pmJmgRpd7zQtsVrymhEz8jfQlWOY49tuf5_Gzr2UF81isJpnoeEzJFoc8W0ejx3g7lUtY7-HcW-GndT_BBpPjgQ/r1.png) In the above, the actions button you see often does not appear due to security settings, and I also often seen often not appear when using Firefox. And of course as the above screen shot shows, we are talking about a REPORT and we are talking about the report being run in a web browser. So that option does not appear when you run the application in the Access client. And if you click on that option you see this: (IMG:https://public.bay.livefilestore.com/y1p8rLJ_il4WQeK6F0oL6GISocZhlISOou79U6TATjSf9PL0UGPO4iBkXXlY4syFFyUhl57poya2E77ezbrQx6d3g/r2.png) So try a differnt browser (ie8), and also consider checking secuirty settings.
