I have a field called 'Day' that has data for Days of the Week.
I put the Day field in the 'Column' section of the layout for the Pivot Table. The order is alphabetical meaning Friday comes first, followed by Monday and then Saturday and so on. How in a Pivot Table can I correct the order manually, so the days of the week would be in the proper order? That is, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Thanks, cj |

Hi. To do it manually you can go to the cell (Friday for example) and type the day (Monday for example) over it. This will change the order. Type the day you want to be on the first column, second column, and so on.
Good luck. |

Hi,
drag 'n drop of the fields also works. Martin |
