What does everything think of Photoshop CS?

I am considering picking up a copy, but I'm not sure if it's worth it. The only feature that I have seen that it truly appealing is the 'Text on a Line' feature. Most of the other features I have seen are pretty much just cosmetic and arrangement changes.

Does anyone have any comments on this? Is anyone working with it yet?

I'm with Photoshop 7 and am very pleased, but I'd love that 'Text on a Line' feature.

Thanks.

Have not used it yet, but, if your looking for opinions here goes. It is probably like most other upgrades. Different wrapper, basically the same features, more bugs. You eventually end up asking yourself what the new one does that the old one does not that caused you to spend the extra money! Usually the answer is "not much". Just my opinion. In case you were wondering, yes, I am a pessimistic scrooge. (at least thats what my wife tells me)

Really? I would never have known, LOL

Thanks for the reply, I'm considering taking a look at the TryOut to see if it's really as great as they are saying.

Thanks.

Let us know what you think. I could be the next great thing. I am wondering about how that effects people who already have individual licenses for Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. If I understand correctly, creative suites has 1 license for all. That might screw up the updating/licensing for the stand alones

ALaRiva -
PhotoShop CS rocks! There's a ton of new features in there especially if you are an advanced user. Plus if you already have version 7 the uprgrade price shouldn't be too hard to swallow.
