I have created a pivot table based on weekly date, the earliest date is 3/2/2009. When I group date by month, why I got from Jan?
Thanks,
Lisa

Lisa
That do you mean?
Are you dealing with real dates? What do you mean by 'weekly date'? Is that just a typo and you mean weekly data?

I found the reason. When grouping by month, the date no longer show year, only the month name. My date is from 3/2/2009 to 2/22/2010. It listed Jan/2010, and Feb/2010 first. No longer sorted by year. I have to group by both year and month. How can I show both year and month together?
