I'll put together some screenshots for a mock db on my extranet machine tomorrow to show what I've got.

Thanks.

This is a case where a picture is worth 0.001 words, I fear. I do not understand why the SQL of your query should be considered secret, but a screen shot would not! Can you perhaps just edit the SQL to replace any revealing fieldnames with Field1, Field2, Field3? What's important is the relationships between the tables, the joins, and the recordsources of the forms. If your administrators are firmly set on avoiding any assistance from the volunteers here, they're going the right way about it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/frown.gif)

If the extranet had been working today, I'd planned on creating a mock db on that machine and uploading screenshots from it...not from the intranet machine. As it turns out, our end of the complex lost a network switch so it'll be a day or two before my externally-facing machine can post anything, screenshots or SQL...hopefully, tomorrow. If so, I'll post the SQL.

Thanks for your patience.
