I have the screwiest problem. I have my default printer setting set to print color. But when I print my report in access it grabs my default printer. When I look at the properties settings before I click OK to print I can see that it's set to black and white (it should pull the default setting of coor). It's an intermittent problem too....some reports come up with color some black and white. We can't figure out where the "other" setting must be in ACCESS.
Anybody have this problem? or know how to set it to color permanently? |

Have you tried to set the page properties when you have the report up in design mode? Normal way: File - Page Setup and then setup the properties for the report

I looked, I didn't see anything there for color or black and white options.
