I am making reports that list all records for each table (about 13 tables in all), but when I encounter a field that I have utilized the "Lookup" dialog box (at the bottom left of the table design screen) with the following adjustments:
Display control - List Box Row Source Type - Value list Row Source - (my list- in this case "Kv","Blum"...) I find that the entire list for the "Lookup" is shown for each and every record. How can I avoid this? Dennis Edited by: dandrew on Mon Jun 11 15:51:43 EDT 2007. |

Matti,
That's for the lit. I'll see about trying to eliminate "lookups" |
