Hi Guys
I have a query that looks at one table to work out some criteria (certain text in the field and then is null for the date field), then I want it to pull the address deailts from another table. Problem is as soon as I add the data from the second form it messes up the query? Any idea what I am doing wrong? Graham |

Are you pulling the criteria from forms or from tables?
Also, post the SQL to your query, and let us know what you mean by 'messes up the query'. Then maybe we will have something to go on to help you. - Daryl |

It is a standard Access query, I meant when I use two tables int he query it does not display the information.
This is because my relationships are not setup correctly, I am trying to rectify this now, then hopefully cross table queries will work. Graham |

OK. Yes, if your relationships are not right, you won't get the data you expect.
Good luck! - Daryl |
