I have read and tried and can't get to work this many to many relationship. I am creating a quiz database where a question may have many answers and an answers may have many questions. I created an associate table with a foreign key for both the questions and answers, but when I create the form and subform I am not able to add records to the subform, I included the database please help...

Can you describe, in non-database terms, what you are trying to do? That would help a great deal with helping you to Normalize your data.

Here's what I'm assuming you're trying to do, based on your original post, and the attached database:

You want to have several quizzes, broken up into Subjects. Each User can only take one quiz, determined by their chosen Subject. Each question in the quiz has multiple possible answers. I am unclear whether the user is allowed to select more than one answer for a single question.

It appears that each possible answer needs to be categorized as "Great", "Correct", "Incorrect", or "Very Bad". Is this right?

"Offensive Language" and "Violence" and "Hints" seem to be involved, but I'm unclear about what these refer to, in regards to questions, answers, and the selected response(s) for each user.
