I need to fine tune the relationships in my 'Days of Week with Hours' Query. There are two tables that are linked by two different fields ([Day] and [Practice Name]) These fields are present in the Survey2 Table and the Day of Week Table. I need all records from the Survey2 Table to appear with the corresponding Visits from the Day of Week Table. Basically, this it should look something like this in my final Report 'Day of Week - Hours & Membership'
Aida Yavshayan Office Hours ER Visits Monday 9 am - 5pm Tuesday 9 am - 5pm Wednesday 9 am - 5pm 3 Thursday 9 am - 5pm Friday 9 am - 5pm Saturday 2 Sunday Currently, the report only shows me office hours and days when records exist for ER visits. I've tried all the relationship combinations and still nothing. Please post any questions as I am not sure if I explained this correctly. |

Can't open the attached mdb!
Maybe the following will solve your problem Make the relationship a OUTER join and not a INNER join |
