im looking at a database for someone as the person that designed it orginally has now lefted. On one of the reports it lists the questions and has the fields in from a query which sum up the total number of answers to the question. thats fine except when you preview the report you can see all the questions and some of the answers but then underneath the questions are repeated again with some more answers as if they are like going onto a second page and then repeats onto a third page with the over all total at the bottom.

what coudl be causing this.

Sounds like the query might not have the links set properly. Are there more than one table/query in the underlying query for the report? If so, are they linked (do you see links between them)?
