Here is problem.I would like to display the data in this format I can have a number of employees at the same location.on the todo i am using the chr(13)&chr(10) to start a new line in each of the textboxes. My problem is this depending on the number of text entered in the location or any of the boxes the location would start a new line but while the other remain this will throw everything off.Is there a way to control this.
location todo employee employee 1 Tsq 10 J.Doe M.Doe 20 H.Do M.Doe 30 T doe M.Doe |

It's quite possibly me (I get confused easily!!) but I don't really uunderstand what you want to do...?
If you mean you want your text box to grow or shrink depending on the amont of data in it, check out the Can Grow/Can Shrink properties. If you wnat to to only show the location once per location type, check out the Hide Duplicates property. Other than that, have a look at sorting and grouping, or if I'm still way off base please explain a bit more what you want to do............. |
