Hi there.
I have a report with two sub reports. The sub reports are designed to prompt for parameters (date range). Unfortunately it has to prompt for the range twice to bring up both sub reports. The resulting report displays correctly, however when the print control is used (macro to Print Object), it continually prompts for the parameters. I gave up after about 10 parameter prompts and cancelled. Can you head me in the right direction here? Thanks. |

Hi,
One way would be to use a Form reference for the parameters. Just my 2 cents... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/2cents.gif) |

Thanks DB.
But I'm afraid I don't know what that means. Can you head me in the right direction? |

Hi Karen,
Check out this tutorial from Bob's website: How to use a form reference as criteria in a query. Hope that helps... Just my 2 cents... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/2cents.gif) |
