I have a database for Orders and have created and Order Form and subfomr Order Details- similarly a Report with subreport.
I need to be able to save this Order as it is on that date (unchanged by price changes etc) but cannot export the sub report to Word. Is there any way I can mail merge the form and subform into a Word Template. |

Thanks for the response.
No when I do that it says SaveAs command cannot process any subforms that are part of your report- and sure enough it doesn't! Any other thoughts? |

Hi,
The only way to do this is to export the report in snapshot or pdf format. There are lots of posts here about both. |

Thanks- I had come to that conclusion- just disappointing not to be able to use the Word Template system.
I have seen postings about Crystal Reports- is that a way to go? H |
