Hi, I have a report which lists products in a order. Each order item has a defined product catergory from a dropdown option. How do I get it so it sorts them based on defined catergories I define. So I would want entertainment catergory number 1 then other catergory number 2. How do you define this in a query the order of PDI Catergory items.

Try the sorting/Grouping within the Report Design.
