Okay, I thought I was doing fairly well on building my database; however, I was informed that is not the case. My structure seems to be wrong. I was told it was repetitive and have been trying to get rid of some of those issues. I am also trying to make sure there are no further errors before I go on too much further. I do not have much experience and have had very little training on this. I will attach a copy of my original and my so far edited database with this.

I have also been told I need to set it up in “Third Normal Form”; however, I have no clue what this is. I am so lost with a lot of the terminology.

I have a deadline coming up and am at a total loss. I would greatly appreciate any help I can get. Thank you so much!

Do a Google search for "3NF" - that should give you lots of variations on the definition and (more usefully) examples of what it actually means.
