I dont know if this can be done,, I have a grouped report drawing data from the table. I need the Sum of the [Quantity] field for a sum to show in the detail section just for that item. I need it in the Detail section , not in the header or footer to show the total of sum of that field. This way it shows the total of that item sold during the month. I am in the first design stages of this report, it will being drawing from a query reflecting month and year when completed

I got it,, I put the Sum in the Group Header, not the report Header or Footer
