Quick question for you DBG how many keyboards have you gone through since joining UA ?
If none I am buying the same one you use.

DBG, I've run out of ways to express my astonishment at your ability to help out so much here at UA, so I'll just say thanks for keeping everything ticking over and our backs covered! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumbup.gif)

Thanks, David - I appreciate your contributions as well. I always point people to your email demo.

Hi Doug,

I may be quick to post but yours is always the accurate answer. I wish I know half of what you know about Access!

Thanks!

Thanks a lot, Ace!

The character is from my parents but the knowledge is from all of you here at UtterAccess. I continue to learn just from reading posts such as yours.

Please join me in offering HUGE congratulations to theDBguy on passing the awesome 35k posts milestone!!!!

Ummm....
Nope! I plain refuse.
Seriously dude - you're wearing out the keys on my keyboard simply from posting in your congrats threads.
I've got nothing left!
So let's just listen to some music for a while...

...
...

OK, inspiration free - I'll say it none the less.
Unbelievable!
It's redundant to say "I don't know how you do it", because I am human and it can't be humanly possible to offer up so many posts. Therefore, I can't know how you do it. I imagine cloning to be more likely than time warping as has been mentioned, but that's just speculation on my part.

What you've given to the good folks who come here looking for answers, is simply huge.
Just keep it up. Break all the record books wide open. The recognition is well deserved.
Big congrats on the milestone.

Leigh

Hello, Leigh...

You really crack me up! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Not only do I enjoy your very informative posts, but I also have fun doing it. I really wish I had a chance to meet you when my family and I went there (your side of the pond) last summer.

I have a tremendous respect for your knowledge and willingness to share them to us "mere mortals." All those 35K posts I managed to crank out were merely regurgitations of things I learned from you and other members here at UA. You are the ones who need to be congratulated.

But still, I will take the credit and just give you all my heartfelt gratitude for all you do here. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thanks.gif)

Cheers (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cheers.gif)

I figured it out ... theDBGuy is Ray Kurzweil's first successful download. Once downloaded to purely digital form, it's a simple copy/paste operation to generate several thousand copies of our great green ogre, each churning out the collected wisdom of the Borg. ... and that leaves time for the corporeal version to visit the beach, knock back a few cold ones, and otherwise revel in our adulation.

Way to go 'guy'!

Hi Mark,

Thanks as well! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

I would love to try that thing called "sleep" but, when will I find the time when my workload is piling up while I hang around UA halls all day? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/grin.gif)

No, I think I just need to drink more (IMG:style_emoticons/default/coffee1.gif)

I always wonder how some of the people on these forums manage to help us so much and do their own job. I have my hands full just trying to build the databases that I build. I often feel guilty that I don't have the time to help people more since I owe so much to the 'Forum Guru's. Thanks, Thedbguy. If you resided close to me I'd take you out to lunch. Oh, btw ... I'm posting a real doozy of a problem after I write this, so if you have time, please check it out (ha-ha).

Hi River,

Thank you for your comment. I am not sure if you would consider it lucky but my actual work doesn't have anything to do with Access so, I really don't have any Access projects to keep me busy. That's why I hang around here so much because I just like working with Access (even if it's somebody else's project).

Cheers (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cheers.gif)
