Hi Guys
I have checked through and couldnt see anything relevant so posting a new question
I have a very simple request but for the life of me can not find the answer. Using Access 2003, I need to be able to display how long a tcket has been open and then creat a query to show every record over a certain time
Example
Field [Time Logged]
I then want another field that shows how many hours it has been since [Time Logged] and then create a report to display all records where [Time Logged] is over 10 hours
Many thanks in advance for any answers or pointers to a more suitable referance
Jaye

Look at the DateDiff function.
Create a query that retrieves the various fields from your table. Add a computed field to that query, something along the lines of
Duration: DateDiff("h", [Time Logged], Now())
Put >10 as the criteria under that field.
