I have a two forms - "Client Visits" and "Client Services". inwhich I have a field "ApprovedBy" Then I have one pop-up form - "Manager Approval" that has a "ApprovedBy". From the "Client Visits" I have an Icon that open the Pop-up "Manager Approval". I entered the neccessary data into the "Manager Approval" with reference to the Client Visits and click "Approved By". How do I transfer the data of "Approved By" from the "Manager Appropval" to the "Client Visits"? I do the same procedure for the "Client Services" with the single "Manager Approval" from which the data of "Approved By" needs to be transferred over to the "Client Services". It can be easily done with one "Manager Approval" to one form, but I do not want to create so many "Manager Approval". Any help is much appreciated.

I suggest to use a "Combo box" in "Client Visits" and "Client Services" forms, (instead of pop-up form).

Look at "DemoComboWA2000.mdb" (attachment, zip).
Look at Tables, Forms. Open any form. (Combo box is on f1ID field). Click on the button with a small black triangle. Choose a value. Look at Properties for this field. Try to adapt it in your mdb. (bdw, I don't know, do you really need 2 forms). This post has been edited by MStef: Apr 2 2010, 02:37 AM
