Hello all:
I'm trying to find a solution to populating my database. Here's the scenario: I have a Main mdb that has all of my forms, reports, etc... I have several users in the office that I need to help populate the database. They will all use the same form, but none of them can see each others data. The information for each project is highly confidential. The plan was to send each user an empty copy of the main mdb, have them fill out all of the data for their project, and send the mdb back to me. Then I would like to import the data from each of the ten projects into my main mdb. Any thoughts on what might be the easiest solution for me and my users would be greatly appreciated. Jake |

Change the property of the form they use to enter data to Data Entry. That way they will only be able to add new records. Also implement security on the database so they cannot access the tables. Lastly convert the front end to a .mde file so noone can view any code or inadvertently change the layout of the form.
