Hello!
I have some trouble sorting in my report. The report is based on a question. How do I make a name which is occurring several times to be shown only once in the report? For example. "John Johnsson" is placed in two posts in a linked table. The report shows "payment = 1" for each post. I would like it to show just "John Johnsson" once and make "payment" to show "2" Current situation: John Johnsson 1 John Johnsson 1 Goal: John Johnsson 2 I hope I'm not to confusing here. All help is appreciated! Thank you in advance! / Martin |

Group by the name and sum the payment. Set the Visible property of the Detail band to no. If you use the Report Wizard, you can select a summary only report.

You have posted this thread in multiple forums. Please post questions only to one forum. Double posting and cross posting does not improve your chances of finding a solution.
"Double Posting" and "Cross Posting" are not allowed here at UA; they only create confusion with the people that may try to help you. Please post your problem in only one forum and only once within that forum. |

Ok. Tried it. But if I set the visible propery to no. I do not get any information in the report. I just want to remove the duplicate.
