I created a database in access 2010, split it to FE and BE. I put the front end on the users laptop after installing runtime. When I try to open the users BD it gives me an error that it is an unrecognized database format. On my laptop which has a full version of 2010 it opens fine. Can someone help with this? Thanks in advance.

Thanks in advance. You installed the runtime for Access 2010, not an earlier version, correct? If so, it sounds like the users' copy may have become corrupted. Try making a fresh distribution copy for the users to try. Mike |
