I have been reading for about two weeks on how to secure a database. all the tips provided combined gave me the ultimate solution...except for one tiny detail:

how do i stop someone from importing a table or query from a database (access 2007)?!

For those of you who put passwords in tables you can forget it, its pointless. unless you have a different way of securing the database that you really haven't shared with anyone.

How can I stop a user from importing from a database, table, queries, structure, etc.

making an accde does not stop the import of tables and queries only forms, reports, mod etc.

When you hide it by right clicking it you can still view it if "See hidden objects" is set to true and you can still link any external app to the table or query. The code prevents this things. When you hide them using the code no one will be able to see or link to them even if "See hidden objects" is set to true.
