I have been reading for about two weeks on how to secure a database. all the tips provided combined gave me the ultimate solution...except for one tiny detail:

how do i stop someone from importing a table or query from a database (access 2007)?!

For those of you who put passwords in tables you can forget it, its pointless. unless you have a different way of securing the database that you really haven't shared with anyone.

How can I stop a user from importing from a database, table, queries, structure, etc.

making an accde does not stop the import of tables and queries only forms, reports, mod etc.

"Security by obscurity" is about the best you're going to get with a pure Access solution. As an alternative, you could use SQL Express to provision tighter security for your back-end.
