QUOTE Document Form and Report RecordSource and Query Sql to Word? Hi Glenn, that sounds good -- and better than what I suggested -- but even then it is not really right as it does them all, not just one. While I can change RecordSource to plural, I cannot make SQL plural without making up a word (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dazed.gif) Any other thoughts? I appreciate your help, thanks (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

Here is another possibility: Document Query SQL and Form and Report RecordSources to Word? And with that I'm off to try for sleep again. Glenn |

One question, does it document SQLs for Rowsources? If not, are there plans to add that functionality? If so, the name could really get awkward fast.
Document Forms' and Reports' Recordsource, Comboboxes' and Listboxes' Rowsource and Queries' SQL to Word (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dazed.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I wonder why not just this: SQL Documenter Sources and SQL Statements Documenter Document all SQL Statements to Word Does any of those strike you as descriptive? |

Hi Ben,
> "Does any of those strike you as descriptive? " thank you, but no. I appreciate your effort though! Maybe I am just too close ... perhaps if you ran the code for each of the 3 options on one of your databases, you might get some different ideas -- and I would appreciate hearing them very much <smile> |
