Do I have to recreate a form if I add fields to the table? What I am trying to say is that I have created a form that contains info for the fields to a certian table. I have been asked to add a couple of fields to the form. Is there a way to be able to see the new fields in the existing form or do I scrap the form and start over?

No you do not have to recreate the form ....
You just need to add the newly added field to the form's Record Source query to be able reference the new fields.
