I'm trying to do something that I cannot figure out how to do so, I'm hoping one of you can help me.(IMG:http://www.utteraccess.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/frown.gif) I have a form called frmUC (hooked to tblUC) and two subforms called subfrmTC and subfrmEnterTC (both hooked to tblTC). On subfrmTC (single form) is a combo box called cmboSelectTC that you select a record from (using TCID as the record identifier and pulling TCName from tblTC) and it displays a bunch of info for that particular record. On the subfrmEnterTC (a continuous form) is a txt box where you enter the TCName information. There may be several TCName entries (in tblTC) associated with each frmUC entry (tblUC). The 2 subfrms are linked to the main frm (frmUC) using UCID. What I want to happen is for the user to enter the TCName info into subfrmEnterTC and then, when they go to the subfrmTC, the cmboSelectTC at the top of the form displays a list of the info that they just input into the subfrmEnterTC. From there, they will be able to enter other numerous associated info with that unique TCName (TCID). So far, I've gotten the combo box working...but, it is displaying "all" of the records in the tblTC instead of just the ones associated with this unique tblUC UCID. How can I get the cmboSelectTC to query only the "current" frmUC records (or by UCID) ?

Can you post your db <without any sensitive information in it>, so we can try and help you better?

good luck, (IMG:http://www.utteraccess.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/frown.gif)
