when we terminate an employee, if that employee has benefits, then we send out an insurance letter that is about 8 pages long to the former employee offering extended coverage. multiple times throughout the document we need to insert the employees name, address, the date, or some manipulation of the date.

bumping into the awesome 22" report limit happens pretty quick. should i just keep adding group headers and footers until i can fit the entire report?

please tell me there is a better way,

What about using Word for your report body and mail merge fields for the custom data?
