Welcome to UtterAccess.

That's not exactly what we are about here. Our objective is not to do your work for you. Our objective is to help you learn how to do your own work.

Please start with a search on our archives for examples of Access security, logins, etc. Here's one you can start with. Then try to implement something. Followup with questions about your specific efforts and results. We'll be happy to help as you go.

the purpose of these forums is to help you learn how to solve a problem or implement a solution, not to do the work for you. if you are looking to hire a consultant to work on your project, you might try posting a notice in the General Chat forum. or suggest you google for Access consultant businesses, or something similar - there are many Access developers available for hire.

in passing, note that what you are asking is not particularly easy. you need to restrict use of the database to authorised users. And then you want to restrict the total number of users to 5.

Well Dave, it can be as hard as you make it.
It you only want superficial security that a pro like you would breeze past but could stop any 'regular' user then its not too hard.
If you want something that keeps us nosey hackers out then its harder.
